Sara Davis Eisenman

Sara Davis Eisenman is a mother, a writer, an artist and an activist.  Her passion for energy work healing, connectedness and community pours from her like a wise waterfall, encouraging flow, bringing nourishment and life to all who cross her path.  This woman truly amazes me with each and every conversation we have.  She stands in a unique presence that is a breath of fresh air, and does daily work to help others find their own unique presence.

Her gifts are her many offerings.  Sara is helping women find empowerment in allowing their hair to be natural.  Giving cheers to letting the gray come as it may (or silver, as Sara calls it) and celebrating the beauty in the simplicity of natural hair.  She herself is a stand for this, having allowed her hair to grow out fully silver… and what a beautiful site she is!  Being someone who (as a performer) has spent lots of time being a hair chameleon as I like to say, I can really appreciate this, on multiple levels.  To help others find peace in who they are… and to take away the need to process and “fix or change” something, that is truly a gift of which Sara thrives.

Sara is currently involved in People Magazines “Real Beauty” contest!  Follow this link to the people magazine website to vote for her and help her win!  :-)

Working with her in front of my lens was such a treat.  In between our profound and loving conversations I fell in love with the depth of her eyes, which I have no doubt reflect of the depth of her heart.  These shots were taken outside, the warmth of the daylight capturing the luminosity of her gorgeous, natural locks.
